Research, Evaluation & Publications
Under the auspices of CREATE, UCSD evaluates the effectiveness of its partnerships, model school and
outreach efforts and is targeting faculty research efforts in educational areas such as the achievement
of high academic standards, the best practices for educating underrepresented students, and closing the
achievement gap among socioeconomically diverse students. These research efforts are focused on the
educational problems addressed by CREATE.
